◼︎Notes

  • The plan validity period is counted in Japanese calendar days.
  • Data communication will no longer be possible after the plan expires.
  • The two-dimensional code can only be read once and cannot be changed under any circumstances after being read.
  • If the specified amount of communication is exceeded and there is no additional data, the communication speed will be reduced to a maximum of 200kbps.
    Smartphones and tablets perform communications in the background, so unintentional data usage may occur.
    Also, please note that version updates may require a huge amount of communication.
  • Please make sure that the device is eSIM compatible and SIM-free. Refunds will not be given under any circumstances.

◼︎About monthly plans

  • Timing of payment
    The monthly plan will be "the date equivalent to the first month purchase date" * The first month's purchase date can be confirmed from My Page > eSIM List.
    If payment fails, your subscription will be automatically cancelled at the end of the month in which the payment failed.
    Please note that we cannot restore your eSIM profile after cancellation under any circumstances.

    *The concept of "the date equivalent to the first month purchase date"

    • Example 1) If you sign up at 12:10:00 on April 1st, your next billing date will be May 1st.
      First billing: The monthly fee will be charged from 12:10:00 on April 1st to 23:59:59 on April 30th
      Second billing: The monthly fee will be charged from 00:00:00 on May 1st to 23:59:59 on May 31st
    • Example 2) If you sign up on January 31st at 12:10:00, your next billing date will be February 28th.
      First billing: The monthly fee will be charged from 12:10:00 on January 31st to 23:59:59 on January 31st
      Second billing: The period from 00:00:00 on February 1st to 23:59:59 on February 28th will be charged as the monthly fee.
  • Data volume allocation
    The data volume specified in the plan is allocated on the 1st of each month, and any data volume not used in that month will be valid until the end of the following month.
    If you exceed the specified data volume, your data speed will be slowed down to a maximum of 200kbps. You can remove the speed limit by purchasing additional data.

  • Changing device models and initializing devices
    If you change your model or reset your device during use, you will need to reactivate your eSIM profile.
    Once an eSIM profile has been loaded, it cannot be reset, so please purchase and activate it again.
    You will also need to stop billing for any monthly plans you have been using, so please contact our support center.

    * If we are unable to confirm your inquiry or cancellation, automatic billing will continue. Even if you delete the eSIM profile, it will not be automatically canceled.

◼︎About cancellation

  • How to cancel
    You can cancel your plan by selecting the plan name from My Page > eSIM List and clicking the "Cancel" button.
    Even if you delete your eSIM profile, your contract will not be automatically cancelled, so please be sure to complete the cancellation procedure from your My Page.
    If you experience any problems, such as being unable to log in to your My Page, please contact our support center.

  • Timing of suspension of communication and billing due to contract cancellation
    Your contract will be cancelled at the end of the month in which you applied for cancellation from your My Page.
    Even after submitting your cancellation request, you will be able to continue using communications until the end of the month.

  • If your cancellation request is made between the 1st and the 25th of the month, automatic billing will stop at the end of that month.
    If the cancellation request is made between the 26th and the end of the month, charges will be suspended the following month.
    Customers whose payments are due at the beginning of the month may be automatically charged, in which case we will cancel the payment.
    Please note.

* Final billing date

  • Example 1) If you signed up on April 15th at 12:10:00 and applied for cancellation on June 4th at 15:25:00
    First billing: April 15th
    Second billing: May 15th
    3rd billing: June 15th [final billing]
    (You can still use the service until June 30th even after submitting your cancellation request.)
  • Example 2) If you sign a contract on January 31st at 12:10:00 and submit a cancellation request on February 20th at 15:25:00
    First billing: January 31st
    Second billing: February 28th [final billing]
    (You can still use the service until February 28th even after submitting your cancellation request.)

◼︎About communication restrictions

If the default communication amount is exceeded and there is no additional data purchase, the communication speed will be reduced to a maximum of 200kbps.
Please also note that communications may be restricted if any of the following apply.

  • -When a large amount of data is communicated in a short period of time.
  • If the carrier determines that a communication that appears to be illegal has occurred.

◼︎About changes and cancellations

Delivery will be made when the activation code issuance URL is sent via email. We cannot accept changes or cancellations after delivery.
