Changing device models and initializing devices
If you change your model or reset your device during use, you will need to reactivate your eSIM profile.
Once an eSIM profile has been loaded, it cannot be reset, so please purchase and activate it again.
You will also need to stop billing for any monthly plans you have been using, so please contact our support center.
* If we are unable to confirm your inquiry or cancellation, automatic billing will continue. Even if you delete the eSIM profile, it will not be automatically canceled.
